Information you choose to send
If you email the studio, the message may include your name, email address, website, property portfolio, business details, and anything else you decide to share. That information is used to reply, consider the project, prepare a proposal, and maintain the resulting business relationship.
Website and security information
Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical details such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This helps deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and understand general performance.
How information is shared
Personal information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers that support hosting, security, email, and project delivery, or disclosed when required by law. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed to perform their role.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry and project information is kept only while it remains useful for the conversation, contracted work, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you previously sent, subject to any information that must be retained by law.
